As of today we’ve 70+ lbs of green coffee in five pound increments from various corners of the coffee growing world!
Just tasted one of our newer roasts from last weekend…washed Rwanda Gkongoro, lots of sweet citrus and little hints of spice. Similar to some Ethiopian coffees, but not quite as floral. Somehow this reminds me of the Wondo washing station coffees from last years crop. So so good, can’t wait to get a cupping together soon enough.
