Just tasted one of our newer roasts from last weekend…washed Rwanda Gkongoro, lots of sweet citrus and little hints of spice. Similar to some Ethiopian coffees, but not quite as floral. Somehow this reminds me of the Wondo washing station coffees from last years crop. So so good, can’t wait to get a cupping together soon enough.

Just finished roasting the second batch of Guatemala Finca La Maravilla… By far my favorite coffee to date. Lime and molasses syrupy sweetness with an almost root-beery finish!
